Hikes/Bonuses are very low. Most employees are told not to expect hikes for the first two years.
Most technology used is outdated or is proprietary software.
Not a good place for non-Malayalees. Most of the employees are Malayalees, and North Indians could feel secluded.
Try to keep good talent, even if it means giving them better hikes.
