Working with the product development team provided a very good and friendly environment. You will learn the best of retail banking. If you want to gain finance and banking knowledge, this is the best place. Seniors and managers were cool (experience depends on team to team).
Not much, but still people leaving because of salary and abroad opportunities.
However, as it's the policy from Oracle, with a big name comes lots of new policies.
