I really love the fact that I can volunteer in a lot of projects. Oracle allows us to be part of a world change!

The leadership inspires us to be better workers and people, and to work together!
The environment is full of self-service, and because of that, some people don't fit with this kind of culture. In Oracle, being proactive and having a sense of ownership is a need.
