Good pay and benefits, but that's the end of it
The pay is very good, and the benefits are excellent.
We receive very little training. Being billable is the foremost criterion for continued employment. There are sparse advancement opportunities. My management is not communicative about my career opportunities, nor are they helpful in advising me about what I need to do to advance. I travel 100% of the time, yet receive no administrative help with travel planning or expense reporting. I get highly rated reviews, yet have never gotten a raise over 2 years.
Get me some administrative help. Help me advance my career. Communicate our strategy.
