Oracle

Technical round first, then HR round. Need to have in-depth knowledge of Oracle. Having hands-on experience with other databases is a plus in the interview process. Great experience and want to join.

First round: 1-hour resume review. Second round: 3-4 hour behavioral/technical interview. The interviewers were friendly, except for one who seemed distracted. The topics were very area-specific. Make sure you read the job posting.

In my HR screening interview, I was asked about: * My professional background * Whether I required sponsorship * My preferences regarding team placement This was to ensure alignment with the company's requirements and my career goals.
