Overall, I had good work-life balance. Good compensation with 100% bonus. My management and leadership were always tremendously supportive and recognized my contributions. They provided enough opportunities to upskill my resume and allowed me to work on different career paths. They helped me to build my career in various verticals like database, Scrum, and DevOps. I enjoyed my time there.
The company should be more employee-centric.
