Good place to learn about Cloud and OCI (PaaS/IaaS) and work with some great internal teams
I worked at Oracle as an ECA. I worked with some really good internal teams and F100 customers over the years. It was a great place to learn about OCI, with free training to become an OCI Certified Cloud Architect Professional, etc. Customers were awesome to work with!
Expect to put in some extremely long hours.
Comp plan.
Make sure the workload is evenly balanced between the top high performers who constantly deliver results and other team members who don't.
