Oracle

Oracle, as always, gets candidates for interviews but then keeps them on hold. Even after knowing the candidates' current and expected CTC, they call for an interview and then aren't even able to provide the current CTC itself.

There was no feedback whatsoever. I was only evaluated with an online assessment with some difficult problems. I managed to solve them in due time, but after that, no one ever commented on what happened with my process.
