Relatively good stability, at least in my team. Strong company with a wide platform to help from peaks and valleys. Innovative and always growing. Flexibility.
Salary. 25 years and barely within scale when should be at the top of scale.
Management did a fairly decent job of addressing salaries, but they were so far behind that many people are just at minimum for their job role.
