The promotion cycle is too long and bureaucratic.

If you are hired on a package, then it is very rare to increase.

So, people prefer to leave the job.

The various LOBs keep on fighting with each other over a deal from a customer.

Each LOB has a different hierarchy.

When various LOBs go to a customer, the customer gets confused regarding the point of contact.

Managers have a monopoly, and there is no check and balance on them.

HR has no role in this organization.

We have submitted much feedback to management, but there has been no benefit. They just pick and choose selected items from the feedback which suit them.
