Stable job, too stable, difficult to grow
Stable, good starting salary and benefits, work-life balance, campuses are nice.
Difficult to grow grades and salary. Managers make it extremely difficult to get a raise, even if you achieve your goals. There is always a reason for not getting anything.
Be transparent about raises and bonuses. Communicate better about how to grow, if possible.
