Process

I had an awful interview experience with Oracle.

The first round was telephonic. After multiple follow-ups, I received an update after 10 days.

The second round was rescheduled three times but never occurred.

The HR never approached the panel before the interview and didn't know about the status until I updated her. This proves the irresponsible nature and unprofessional ethics followed by them.

Please do not approach resources if there is no requirement (just for showcase), and kindly treat everyone's time as important.
