Brand-wise, it's good in the market.
- Must use old internal technologies.
- Internal politics; no value for hard work.
- No hike, no bonus is common.
Look technical rather than showoff. Get the feedback of employees on reporting managers at least yearly once. Feedback is never collected for a dotted manager, but a dotted manager's feedback on an employee is considered for the yearly review. This is not fair.
