- Stagnant career growth.
- No hike, promotion, or work appreciation.
- No work or very limited work.
- No proper project planning and roadmap, due to which they keep on scraping products left and right.
- No transparency from upper management.
- Crappy work environment.
- Lacking teamwork.
- Too much internal politics.
- Too much hiring/firing.
- Lack of proper vision.
- Even if someone wants to change jobs internally, it is far more difficult than joining from outside due to lots of crappy people sitting at the upper management level.
Will not recommend to anyone. Join only if you have career aspirations.
Please read above concerns and try to make the company culture better.
Just hiring talent is not sufficient; you should give them proper work and culture.
