Ok working environment, bad salaries, no work from home options
Brand name
Generally, people are good.
Offices are good.
No salary raises or bonuses for years, even with very good performance ratings.
No work-from-home options. For tech support, they use tools that can't be used from home in India.
Technology is good, but outdated. Not much demand outside of Oracle.
Take better care of your employees. Especially change the tools used to allow work from home for Tech Support.
