Possible to work remotely. Nice and well-supplied canteen. Company-organized social event. Emphasis on work-life balance and workplace ergonomics.
Big disconnect between US-based management and overseas subsidiaries, which usually disregard locals.
Big freeze on hiring budget, which leads to mostly no prospective jobs. There is little room to naturally progress as there is minimum people fluctuation.
