Relaxed work culture. Generally good atmosphere.
You get forgotten for long periods of time. You feel frustrated for not creating anything for months together. You slowly get out of touch with the technologies.
In fact, I resigned without a job offer in hand, just to push myself out.
People need to feel valued and their contributions appreciated.
