No Increments.
Most OCI people who have been working for many years are scared of working on new technologies that could replace them. Therefore, they choose politics to survive.
Please reinterview managers instead of filling existing people into the roles.
Only people who have nowhere else to go are still working here.
The interview process consisted of five rounds. The first was a screening round that tested my knowledge of basic React and JavaScript concepts. After clearing the initial round, I moved on to a loop of four interviews: * **Technical Round:** Foc
Had a coding round with technical questions around Spring Boot and Java. Was given a medium LeetCode problem for the coding round. Asked about experience and tech stack. The interview was fairly easy. Received no communication after the interview
I only could get onto the first round. The first round was a DSA round. I'm not sure about the following rounds, but I guess it is system design since the position is SDE3 at Oracle Cloud.
