Pros

Good performance and top-notch facilities

Cons
  • Some teams lack leadership and are dysfunctional.
  • Micromanagement by managers you don't even report to, but they still demand things from you.
  • Dysfunctional organization; there's no clear communication between leads and managers within it.
  • Deplorable training; they just make you read a lot of poorly organized documentation and a couple of videos, and with that, they think you're an expert in less than 2 months.
  • Support for legacy code with technologies and tools that feel very robust and obsolete (not worth learning ADF or ADE).
  • Lack of interest and direction from the manager; he wasn't even involved in my interviews. There was only one interaction with him, which happened weeks after being hired.
  • Very uncollaborative colleagues, a lot of individualism.
  • There was never room for feedback.
Advice to Management
