Pros

No restrictions on employees of any kind; you can work from the office or from home. You are never denied leaves. People at the senior/architect level are some of the most talented in the industry. Job security. Good HR policies, good managers.

Cons

Low salaries and no or low increments. The technology used in some projects (ADF and SOA) is not very popular outside. If you are stuck in any of such projects as a developer, you will find it hard to switch if you want to move on at some point. There are no on-site opportunities if you are a developer or QA; people in implementation teams may get onsite.

The hiring process is becoming lenient. The budget allocated to application projects is low, so the salary offered to new hires is also low. This is also one of the reasons for not much talent being hired through lateral hiring.

Advice to Management

Focus on hiring talent and retaining talent.
