Work is very much outdated in the majority of cases. With that experience, if someone wants to shift to a profile not related to Oracle products, then it is of no use.

Very low salary hikes and humiliating bonuses. Salaries after working for a few years will be far less than the industry standard.

Most of the year, there will be no work, and one has to be creative to stay occupied, unless one is on the right team.
It is good to grow as a company, and it will be really good if you take employees along with company growth. Then, company growth will also be good.
