Pros

Strong sales-oriented company, great acquisition capacity, known player in the market. Average time-off policy and average pay.

Cons

Internal competition among similar products from acquired companies in a huge portfolio, too many people with weak direction and organization, keeps the work slow with lots of rework. Talents are not often recognized, promoted, or well paid, and turnover can be high in key positions, taking knowledge out of the company.

Advice to Management

Recognize talents, don't lose them. The cost is high to hire new people, train them, and get all the experience needed to keep the business going.

Keep things simple with a clear direction and invest in P&D (not only budget).
