Compensation is bad. There have been no increments for 3 years. ESPP is only 5%, which is very little compared to other companies. There are very limited technical challenges. New ideas are not welcome.
My team alone has lost five people due to bad compensation. At least give minimal increments so that people can cope with the rising cost of living.
