Lower stress work, friendly associates, decent benefits, nice team activities (e.g., potlucks, happy hours). Work-life balance is good on my team (depends on the team).
Below average compensation compared to other companies. Longer tenure doesn't feel appreciated.
1-2% raises, if not changing job titles. At times, entire organizations won't get raises, regardless of your own performance. It doesn't feel like it's keeping up with inflation for the past few years.
High turnover rate. Only good for a couple of years (starting off), then go somewhere else once you have some experience.

Multiple rounds: Recruiter screen, senior engineer screen, and managerial round. It was a long process. Focus on STAR, behavioral, and customer-server related questions. After the interview, the recruiter called and said they have a hiring freeze.
There were three rounds: * One technical or aptitude test * One technical interview * One HR interview In the technical test, we were mostly asked questions on data structures and operating systems.
