Met with a number of people to describe the position and determine if there was a fit. Negotiated a verbal agreement offer. Brought down a path to find out they could not get an actual offer in writing.

It was overall good. Anyone with good basics can easily have a go and can get a decent offer. One thing which I personally didn't like is the turnaround time; it can differ though, depending on the team.
