No hikes. Nothing you get from the company. They assign full work and track progress with micromanagement. If you ask for hikes or promotions, management says, 'We don't know.' If we ask for work, they will assign it for next year. When they know how much work to assign, why don't they know about hikes?
Please understand employee concerns. Management is becoming rich by suppressing employees.
