Good pay, atmosphere
Good monetary pay. Interesting work. Flexible schedule (but little paid time off). Most employees' offices are very nice. Equipment and software are not hard to procure (plenty of $, just takes lots of time and some paperwork).
Very poor holiday and vacation time.
Adopt more modern policies on paid time off and/or compensation time to allow employees to spend more time away from work and be more motivated while at work.
