Rare to get a raise, even for top performers below salary midpoint, which is crazy for such a profitable company. Vacation accrual is not even 4 weeks per year, no matter how long you've been here. Need to survive RIFs almost every year. Hard to get anything done since nobody has bandwidth.

I went in and met with six people, all engineers. My English isn't so good, so I had a hard time understanding. They asked about my experience. I told them. I'm not sure they understood.
The interview had three technical rounds and one HR round. In the technical rounds, they asked basics of C, data structures, and networking. The first round was aptitude, which had questions on OS, DBMS, data structures, and Java.
It was good. There were lots of questions and answers back and forth. For every question they asked, I provided an answer. They liked the answers, and I thought they were good too.
