Unlimited time off - my manager is actually very good about this. I don't really think twice about asking for time off; I just ask. Not once has he said no.
Very good health insurance - A company with 140,000+ employees has some serious negotiating power with insurance companies.

I've heard from multiple sources that Oracle "doesn't give raises." I've also heard promotion is difficult to impossible.
