Management in my revision is very consistent.
Brand opens doors.
Great internal IT systems. Good benefits. Reasonable compensation.
Process sometimes slows innovation. Occasional big company politics. Internal competition sometimes gets in the way of customer experience. Compensation, while reasonable, does not compete with some startup opportunities.
Cull low-impact projects. Improve customer focus. Instill a sense of urgency.
