Good work-life balance. Medical insurance provided for employees includes parents above the age of 65, which is difficult to get outside. I'm not sure about other organizations.
Most of the services/tools we use are owned/used by Oracle only. This can be a blocker when looking for opportunities, as other companies look for in-demand tech used by most other companies.
At some point, it's more maintenance and support.
Low pay, no increments.
