Great company to work at, with great work-life balance
Could be different from lob to lob. But, I have found my lob/org very good:
- Good recognition of work
- Good opportunities to learn
- Very good senior management in enabling employees with good career opportunities.
Great work-life balance.
Not much for me at this time.
Perhaps organize more events for employee interaction, especially post-COVID times, to bring things back to normal.
