The staffing agency, along with the company's talent acquisition team, arranges for the initial round of interviews, which is then followed by a 1:1 meeting. If successfully cleared, the offer will be rolled out.

There were a total of 5 rounds. First, they had an online HackerRank test, followed by two technical discussions, each consisting of coding and low-level design questions. This was then followed by managerial and bar raiser rounds.

The process took two weeks. After clearing one online test, Oracle asked me to come to their office for a face-to-face round. The programming round was very tough, and the expectations were hard to meet in the provided time.
