Good benefits. However, transparency, certainty, and salary increases could improve
Oracle has great benefits such as a savings fund, a 75% vacation bonus, a 30-day Christmas bonus, vales de despensa y restaurante, and medical expenses. The work is not too stressing, either.
However, this year, when handling low PTU (High PTU is promised by recruiters to hire new employees), there was obscurity in part of Oracle Management. They denied sharing an official communication on why PTU was so low this year for some people. Also, they could work on transparency when it comes to things like salary increases, since this year nobody knows if they will get a salary increase.
More transparency, and don't force managers to act as internal PR for the company.
