Good work-life balance, but no job satisfaction
People are really good, and some managers are great.
But the problem comes with company policies: no benefits and no events. It just works like an old school company.
- No job satisfaction.
- Legacy products.
- Zero innovation.
- They don't care about employees. No benefits.
- No career progression. No hikes with promotion. Even if there is, it will be peanuts.
- Huge difference in pay between people working at the same level in the same team. If someone joined 3 years back and is promoted to the next level but with no hike, and if they hire a new person in the same team, the pay difference will be very huge, more than 50 or 100%.
Please value employees who want to pursue their careers long-term.
