Pathetic experience with HR and payroll team.
After leaving the company, the F&F does not get completed even in 1.5 months, whereas other companies do it in 15 days. You will have to keep escalating, and even then the responses will be slow and incorrect.
Please take care of the exit experience of employees. It is a part of the Oracle experience, and it can ruin the complete relationship with the organization.
