Review of Oracle Workplace
I find Oracle's flexible work appealing. Telecommuting, a good fitness center, and seemingly low turnover.
Limited career advancement opportunities, low or no pay increase. Telecommuting people are even working from India for weeks. During that period of time, folks are not reachable.
They should provide competitive pay increases, given that Oracle has been a very profitable company in recent quarters.
