A chill and great place with lots of politics
Great place to work, like how chill and flexible.
Too much politics, promotion could get really hard, lots of high service.

Oracle Interview Experiences
Senior Software Engineer
The recruiter reached out with generic questions about compensation and then emailed a link to schedule the phone screen. **Technical Screen:** The interviewer was very friendly. It was a discussion about my past experience and some behavioral quest
Senior Software Engineer
Contacted by recruiter, then phone interview and kept filling forms with recruiter again and again till got to onsite. Team was nice, but some weren't ready with real interview questions and then got an offer.
Senior Software Engineer
Send an assignment as an OA, followed by a phone screen by the HM. Then, an onsite interview with 4 engineers and one HM. All of them are coding questions. Only one has a design question, but it is very simple.
