Pay, Medical Benefits, Good, hardworking coworkers.
No work-life balance, useless managers, people treated like dirt, no pay hikes, no promotions.
Good organization. The interview process was fun, and I spoke with interesting people. They were responsive to my emails and stayed engaged throughout the process. The offer was a little slow.
They asked me one question each on DSA, OOPs concepts, and SQL. They asked me to write the code and then explain it. Additionally, there was a discussion on one of my projects.
I applied online via Oracle's job board. The hiring manager reached out to check if the role was a fit. They asked some questions about my experience and scheduled a coding interview. I hadn't studied much LeetCode yet, so I failed the interview.
