Work-life balance at Oracle
No hike or very less hike. Sometimes once in two or three years.
There were three technical rounds and one manager round, each lasting one hour. Questions covered projects I had worked on, a few algorithms, and some basic Java programming exercises.
1. Telephonic round: Basic questions on Java and data structures. 2. Two face-to-face technical rounds: Difficult questions on Algos and Advanced Java. 3. Manager round. 4. HR round: Salary discussion.
The process was good. It included around 5 rounds, including a telephonic interview. The process took approximately 2 to 3 weeks to complete. There was also a significant delay in providing the offer letter.
