If you've just graduated, it's fine as a first job, and for a while. Very nice new offices.
Do not work overtime unless you are assured in writing that they will indeed pay for it; otherwise, it will not be paid.
They don't give much feedback, and when you ask for it, they say there's no time, and they also don't use the dedicated feedback platform (in my case, my profile had nothing).
They give evasive answers when you ask what path to take to seek a promotion.
Project coordination is poor, so you very rarely know the purpose of what you are doing and the team/project priorities.
Work-life balance: bad.
The process was very smooth and quick. There were three rounds overall: * Screening round * Technical round * Managerial round Feedback and results of each round were communicated without any delay.
I applied and was interviewed. There was only one round (Technical + Managerial). The interview went well, but I didn't receive any communication for 1.5 months. I contacted HR, but she did not reply. After sending 2-3 emails, she finally replied
Applied directly to the career portal and received a call for the interview. After the rounds, the recruiter did not pick up the call. Interview Rounds: * Phone Screening * 2 Tech Rounds * 2 Hiring Manager Rounds * 1 Bar Raiser Round One
