Poor management.
No hikes. No transparency. No communication from the company on hikes/promotions. No promotions. No onsite opportunities.
Work on a simple JSP Servlets application. No good technologies are used. Cannot change projects. Very long bench period. You are not allowed to take your earned leaves.
