Work-life balance, decent pay.
No cons as of my opinion.
Increase pay

Round 1: Resume shortlisting, also based on CGPA as it was an on-campus opportunity. Round 2: Technical Interview (Got rejected). In this round, they mainly focus on your resume. Whatever you have written on your resume, you should be thorough abou
The interview process was very thorough. The staff was very helpful and supportive. Coding questions were of average difficulty and not too hard. HR was also good. I had to write more than 30 words because Glassdoor doesn’t allow short posts.
