- Responsibilities are clearly defined.
- Not much work pressure.
- No salary revisions for 3-4 years at a stretch.
- Not employee friendly – not much mentoring or caring for employee career.
- All higher/middle management is in HQ, and most decisions are taken there. No decentralization, and hence, not much authority in other regions.
- Ensure market correction of pay structure yearly.
- Decentralize decision-making to Geos other than HQ as well.
