- Managers are incompetent and verbally and emotionally abusive (racist).
- No salary increase.
- Not much bonus is given, and if there is, it is very low.
- There is almost no career advancement at all.
- Doesn't know how to value the employee.
Maintain the satisfaction level of your employees by giving them ample salary increases and bonuses. It's time to downgrade or eliminate those no-good managers who don't know the company's business ethics in dealing with their subordinates.
