The interview process included: * Phone screen * HR interview * Tech interview * Final interview with managers. Most questions were not technical, focusing instead on your life, education, and experience.

I went in and met with six people, all engineers. My English isn't so good, so I had a hard time understanding. They asked about my experience. I told them. I'm not sure they understood.

Every round was easy. The Oracle Fusion team's senior manager is so arrogant and thinks he knows everything. I rejected the offer because of this. When working under such managers, you will never get a promotion or a good hike.
