Oracle

Around six interviews took place, spanning a duration of three days. The panel was from around the world. Most of the interviewers were nice and understanding, but there were a few who already had it in their minds that they would reject this candid

The process went well. The first round was online. Shortlisted candidates then entered the second round, which was technical. It continued from there. Two or three technical rounds were conducted. Candidates were selected based on their performance.

The interview included 5 rounds: one technical face-to-face, three telephonic rounds from the US/UK, and a final HR round. The selection process is extremely slow, with approvals going up to the 4th management level (Senior Director level). My proce
