Lots of free time since they don't give you work. There is zero management, so you can focus on personal projects and learning.
Really disorganized company. They hired me for a project that I never worked on, then filled me with meaningless tasks and projects that didn't involve any code. You ask for tasks and code, and get nothing. You end up not learning anything and not evolving your career at all. A great place to get stuck and regress your career.
Be better.
It was fine. They strain on the time too much, which makes it difficult to answer questions soon. Otherwise, the process is neat and clean. They were friendly and helpful throughout the process. Preparation is the key to acing this.
I applied online for a Java Developer position. I interviewed at Oracle in November 2013. The interview was technical and conducted by the project lead. I successfully passed the technical round. Following that, there were two HR rounds. Unfortuna
The interview process typically begins with a coding round, where problem-solving and programming skills are tested. Next is Technical Round 1 (T1), focusing on core concepts. This is followed by Technical Round 2 (T2), for advanced problem-solving
