Good medical benefits. Less work pressure. Extremely cooperating team. Flat hierarchy. Managers are cooperating. Less drama/politics.
Reporting to Kolkata people is hectic. Kolkata branch people have a laid-back attitude, less willing to go out of their way and help others. Overall, it's better to stay in a co-located project.
