Good first job out of college.
Culture seems very team-dependent, so mentorship and upward mobility can be uncertain.
It was a good experience overall. The interviewer was polite, helpful, and gave hints. I applied online. The recruiter reached out to me. Later, I had an initial phone screen for an hour.
3 steps: 1. Recruiter phone call. 2. Technical coding screen. 3. Virtual onsite with 3 rounds: 2 coding rounds + 1 behavioral round. Expect to do 1 LeetCode Medium during the coding rounds and be prepared to compile and run it against the test case
Three rounds in total: * One 20-minute phone screen. * One 1-hour tech interview. * Three hours of tech interviews. After solving all tech problems and having nice conversations with the interviewers, I was still rejected in the end. I have no idea
